Warranty Guidelines
-1.
30 day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase (with the exception of items with opened software.)
.
All refunds must be in their original, re-sellable condition. All paperwork (including warranty cards), all documentation and usable packaging must be included.
.
If a product is received defective, we will exchange it for another of the same item; as long as you follow our return-merchandise policy. If the item is no longer in stock, we will offer a free upgrade of that item.
.
All OEM products are to be handled by their respective manufacturers. You can find their web address on the back of the packaging. If the packaging has been opened and/or damaged, they are not eligible for refunds.
.
All other (aftermarket) products are covered by a six (6) month return policy; if the product becomes defective at any time during the first 6 months after your original purchase date, we will ship you a replacement. If we no longer carry that product, we will replace it with an upgrade, or similar product.
.
Packages we receive without the proper RMA information will be refused, and MacComputerSupply.com will not be responsible for any of the shipping costs.
.
Rushed orders
(orders in which you, the customer, requests non-standard shipping, and rushed processing) will not be eligible for full shipping cost refunds, regardless of the reason for return.
.
All shipping costs will be non-refundable.
.
Items with opened software are not eligible for refund or exchange.
.
We reserve the right to determine whether or not any refund/exchanged item has violated the Acceptable Use Policy. Any refunded or exchanged items which violate this policy are no longer eligible for our warranty, or 30 day money-back guarantee. Items which we feel have violated this policy will either be held, or shipped back to the customer, at the customers expense.
Acceptable Use Policy:
We assume that most items you use will receive some wear-and-tear. Any item which has received noticeably more than average wear-and-tear will be exempt from all warranty and refund agreements. This includes, but is not limited to: heat damage, water damage, intentional tampering, extreme physical damage (i.e., an internal battery with gouges in its case) and recurring returns or exchanges.
